Company Founder and Managing Director
- 28 Years in the building industry
- Trade Certified Carpenter
- Licensed Building Practitioner 104144
Steve spent 4 years as an apprentice carpenter, then 3 years working and travelling the UK and Europe then another 8 years residential construction. A further 12 years specializing in weather tightness remediation, and employing up to 70 staff including Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Office Administrators, Site Staff.
Steve's knowledge of building remediation combined with the ability to think "outside the box" while still achieving practical results sets him and his company worlds apart from competitors. - 9 years New Zealand Army - Paymaster
- 15 Years Market Research - Project Manager / Business Systems
- A total of over 36 years in Office Administrtion / Management
Linda started her career as a Receptionist / Typist straight from school. When she joined the NZ Army as a Pay Clerk in 1979 her role took her overseas and back again working in Singapore, Christchurch and Wellington. She took time out to start a family in 1989 and is a happily married wife and mother of two boys and a girl (all grown up now). The work did not stop there however, as she worked in the evenings for a market research company as an Interviewer then Supervisor of a Computer Assisted Telephone Interview (CATI) team. In the next 15 years, she progressed on to become a Project Manager, then Business Systems Manager and Data Analyst soaking up as much knowledge and skills as she possibly could, including a trip to Budapest on a scholarship for an online panel conference. When the company merged with another, Linda decided that she would rather move on to a new challenge, working in a small office as Senior Administrator until she came to us in 2012.
